Required Children's Items

Current immunizations and a completed physical are required upon enrollment for full-time children. Drop-in children will be required to provide the above information upon second admission date. Children in kindergarten will be required to show proof of negative TB skin test.

Extra change of clothing (including pants, shirt, underwear and socks).

Diapers, if the child is two or younger. A fee of one dollar will be charged for each LRS diaper that is used.

Comfortable play clothes for daily wear. Some of the activities are messy, and although we have the children wear smocks or paint shirts, the ink, paint, mud, food, etc. may soil their clothes.

Appropriate clothing for outside play
Winter—heavy coat and snow pants or snowsuit, waterproof gloves/mittens, hat and boots
Spring/Summer/Fall—jacket or sweater, hat, rain boots, rain coat -
Comfortable shoes to be worn in the center at all times.

For infants on formula: capped bottles with premixed formula, labeled with the child’s name.

Infants & Toddlers
LRS has a program designed to meet the needs of
children ages 6 weeks through 30 months. We provide interaction and
stimulation for a growing toddler's needs by
supervising
activities such as crawling, walking, toilet training, talking and certain
aspects of social development.
